Complimentary Ground Shipping on any order of $100 or more.
Complimentary 2nd Day Air Shipping on any order of $500 or more.
Complimentary Overnight/Next Day Air Shipping on any order of $2,000 or more.

All shipping fees are based on the cost of your order.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.
All orders over $500 are shipped with a signature required upon delivery to protect your purchase.
We are unable at this time to deliver to PO Boxes.
Additional charges may apply for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. We will be happy to contact you to arrange shipping.
You will receive an email from us once your package has shipped with a tracking number.
We do our very best to ship every in-stock item within 24 hours.

Online Return Policy

We understand that it is sometimes hard to know how much you love something until you see it in person!
So if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase. Items purchased online only can be returned for a store credit, an exchange, or for a full refund.
• All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. All original packaging, receipts and certificates must be included.
• Please note that all resized items and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable as well. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund even on UPS Ground shipments within the USA that we originally paid for on your order.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a return authorization number. This number should be written on the outside of the return box. Once we have received your returned item and can ensure that the item has been unworn and in its original condition, we will issue you a refund, excluding the original shipping and handling fees.

In-Store Return Policy - Our in-store return policy differs from our online return policy.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased at our store. If you would like to return goods purchased at our physical store, you may do so for exchange or store credit only. This exchange must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us at 434-977-9644 for help.
